-Leadership: Management of technicians and radio-operators teams,
training, job grading 2018, staff recruitment (radio and ICT),
planning and holiday management, iDevelop requests following.
-Management: Budget for the country, managements of ICT equipment
(Orders, Stock, Inventory), setting a process for e-waste recycling
with a local NGO, drafting documentation, updating the ICT section of
contingency plan for DRC. Preparing and training user for the
transition to centralized service desk, local Vsat contract for access
in the bases, following telecom policy.
-Reporting: Feedback to
HoICTR and Management, adapting the IT and Radio setup to the needs,
mission reports, setting the structure for ICT section of DRC Team
Space.
-Technical: Sites Connect evolution based on needs, updating
Delegation's network infrastructure, participation at the opening of
KNA and KAL offices and closure of KII sites for ICT section, upgrade
of the servers, negotiations with network operators for dotation of
smartphone, ICT support to ICRC’s response on Ebola Crisis in Beni.
04/2015 to 02/2016 – ICT Coordinator Khartoum
(6 sites – 8 ICT staff – 12 RadioOp)
-Leadership: Management of technicians and radio-operators teams,
training, planning and holiday management, organization of the
downsizing of the ICT department following that of the Delegation.
-Management: Budget for the country, managements of ICT equipment
(Orders, Stock, Inventory), managing exportation of old equipment for
recycling, drafting documentation.
-Reporting: Feedback to HoICTR
and Management, adapting the IT and Radio setup to the needs of
reducing operations, mission reports.
-Technical: Connect project
(monitoring, US embargo), upgrade of the servers, setting up Traveler.

Abidjan
(9 sites / 5 countries – 7 ICT staff – 6 RadioOp) :
-Leadership: Management of technicians and radio-operators teams spread
over 3 countries in two languages (French, English), staff
recruitment, training (setting up the Windows 8.1 training for the
zone), planning and holiday management.
-Management: Budget for
the 3 countries in charge, managements of ICT equipment (Orders,
Stock, Inventory), drafting documentation. HoICTR Backup
-Reporting: Feedback to HoICTR and Management of ABI, MON and COA,
adapting the IT and Radio setup to the operational needs, mission
reports.
-Technical: Windows 2008 migration, Windows 8.1 planning
and migration, Project Connect (monitoring, Vsat survey and
migration), upgrade and replacement of servers, ICT part of COA
Delegation relocation (studies, planning, cabling, telephony, moving
the server room with minimal disruption), unification of HF
programming for OP_WEST region, implementation of Traveler for ABI and
COA

equipment (Stock, Inventory), drafting documentation. IT/CO Backup
-Reporting: Feedback to KHA IT/CO and Management of the different
sites, adapting the IT and Radio setup to the operational needs,
mission reports.
-Technical: Synergy and Mail system migration,
unification of VHF programming for the country, debugging Fine Kit
(GIS CD), setting up a 3G / SL solution.
10/2009 to 02/2011 – ICT Engineer Bukavu
(5 sites – 4 ICT

-Leadership: Management of technicians and
radio-operators teams, staff recruitment, training, planning and
holiday management.
-Management: Budget for the Kivu sites, managements of ICT equipment
(Orders, Stock, comprehensive review of inventories), drafting
documentation (How to for BGAN)
-Reporting: Feedback to KIN IT/CO
and Management of the different sites, review of the ICT section of
the contingency plan, adapting the IT and Radio setup to the
operational needs, mission reports.
-Technical: Triplex and MP2
migration, optimizing the configuration of PABX, unification of VHF
programming for the Kivu, Vsat survey for 2 sites and Vsat
installation for Uvira, relocation of Goma server room, checking and
updating communication facilities of several safe-room / bunkers.
